Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic (United States):
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $35
International:
• Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
