I’m extremely happy with HiBloks and the product. The anti-glare stickers arrived and I’m excited to use them on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. The product itself looks great, and HiBloks’ customer service really impressed me.

My original package was handled by GOFO, and unfortunately I never received it. GOFO’s own proof-of-delivery showed the package left unsecured on top of the community mailboxes at my apartment building instead of at my apartment door, inside my individual mailbox, or in a secure package locker. When the package disappeared, GOFO continued treating it as a successful delivery because their GPS showed the driver reached my building. That was an extremely frustrating experience, and based on what happened to me, I would personally avoid GOFO for future deliveries.

HiBloks, however, did the right thing. They listened to what happened, took care of the problem, and sent me a replacement through USPS. The USPS replacement was successfully delivered and I received my order.

That is the kind of customer service that makes me comfortable ordering from a company again. Problems can happen with shipping, but what matters is how the seller handles them, and HiBloks stood behind my order and made it right.

Great product, great customer service, and a company I would definitely purchase from again. My only recommendation to HiBloks would be to consider using USPS or another carrier instead of GOFO whenever possible. Thank you HiBloks for making this right! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
